Tonquani Paardevlei
Project Overview
The company was appointed to manage the 1500m² two story construction of the Tonquani Office Block in Paardevlei, Somerset West. The project was completed in January 2008.
Schonenberg Retirement Village
Project Overview
This flagship development in Somerset West was completed in 2015. The company is involved in ongoing management of the Frail Care Centre and re-sales in the development.
Exact Cape were the appointed development managers of the project and successfully delivered the 190 unit complex.
