Project Overview
This flagship development in Somerset West was completed in 2015. The company is involved in ongoing management of the Frail Care Centre and re-sales in the development.
Exact Cape were the appointed development managers of the project and successfully delivered the 190 unit complex.

A clubhouse with a full kitchen, library, clinic, indoor pool
Administration offices
30 bed Health Care Centre consisting of 14 Frail Care rooms and 13 Assisted Living units.
